Meet Lilly

While I love being an outdoor entusiasth and athlete, taking a bachelor degree in service design back in 2018-2021 at Westerdals by Høyskolen Kristiana, I never imagined it to open up a whole other passion.

I believe that the key to success is through good experiences, it is not a given that you will have a good experience out in nature or as an athlete on training without an investment or good preparation. Sometimes it requires help from supporters, which in my case was my mum and experienced trainers. These good experiences is what makes us go back, wanting to do it one more time, see it through and put in the work to become the best at what we do.

This is also what made me fall in love with service design, helping businesses succeed by delivering better experiences to both their employee’s and customers. I quickly related it to the experiences I have had growing up, and it is what drives me when working in a project

What I do

  • Not every problem is worth solving, it is about solving the right problem before solving the problem right.

    I use design thinking, a methodology for innovation and creative problem solving.

  • Having people at the centre from the beginning, and mapping their experiences thoroughly has it benefits and it
